Terms & Conditions of Service

Last updated: August 28, 2026. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Falcon Technologies website (falcon-technologies.in) and all software development, front-end engineering, and AI automation services provided by Falcon Technologies.

1. Engagement & Statements of Work (SOW)

All software engineering services provided by Falcon Technologies are executed under mutually agreed Statements of Work (SOW) defining sprint milestones, functional deliverables, technical architectures, and financial terms. In the event of any conflict between these general terms and an executed SOW, the specific SOW will prevail.

2. Intellectual Property (IP) Ownership

We operate on a 100% work-for-hire model. Upon full payment of agreed milestone invoices, all custom software source code, database architectures, user interface assets, and documentation created specifically for the client transfer to the exclusive intellectual property ownership of the client.

3. Warranty & Post-Launch Support

Falcon Technologies provides a standard 30-day post-launch warranty on all custom deliverables. During this 30-day warranty window, our team resolves any functional bugs, defects, or deviations from the agreed SOW specification at no additional charge.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian and international law, Falcon Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of delivered software beyond the total fees paid under the applicable SOW.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
